Pioneers supplied, installed, connected and commissioned 10 motor control centers MCC for Unayza water treatment plant. The MCCs were installed on the wells, and have the following features:

Eliminating the sudden chock in the water pipes, and canceling water hummers

Reducing the starting current

Full protection functions against: low voltage, high voltage, phase unbalance, overload, underload, and over temperature.

Full indication functions like: voltage, current in each line, shaft load, temperature, KW, KWH, PF, working time, fault status.

Data communication interface between the ten soft starters and the main control room with profibus communication protocol, and fiber optic communication media.
