Full Automation System for Truck loading Machines

Poultry feed mill factory consists of very complicated process system, starting from the intake of raw material, storage silos for different types of raw materials, batch weighing system, hammer mill, mixers and packing machines. For each stage of these stages there are huge number of motors, valves, sensors and actuators.

The aim of this project was to supply, engineer, install, test and commission a new process automation system for the feed mill plant.
