Full Automation System for Truck loading Machines

Arabian Cement Company is the leading Saudi company in cement production, they have five filling and packing machines.

The aim of this project was supply, engineering, installation, and testing and commissioning of a new automation system for five truck loading machines.

The installed system has the capability of controlling the auto-tacking process of the produced bags on the trucks, with full automatic function without human intervention.

The produced bags are fed to the auto-stacking machine through conveyor belts, and the auto-stacking machine controls the positioning of each bag in the layer, a number of layers in each row and a number of rows in the truck.

Uniform cement bags stacking on the truck.
Elimination of stacking manpower.
High stacking speed.
